2.) Verify your age. We will send you a secure email for ID verification. You must be on or over the age of 19 to be eligible to make a purchase. *Canadian government-issued ID only.
When submitting documentation, you may cover up any personal information we don’t need to verify your age (ex: photo, address).
3.) Once we receive your order, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped within 1 business day.
4.) That’s it! Your order will be discreetly and securely shipped to you.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost or Priority Shipping.
A tracking number will be provided with every shipment. Items are packaged in child-proof and smell-proof containers, then further heat-sealed in an odour-proof mylar bag to lock in the freshness. Items are then placed into a generic box or bubble mailer. Shipping labels placed on the outside package will not reflect the nature of the items inside. Rest assured, your package will be delivered discreetly, securely, and quickly!
We currently have a $65 CAD minimum and $3000 CAD maximum order amount. If you place multiple orders, you must make payment on your first order before the next order will be processed. Remember, all orders over $150 CAD are shipped to you FREE of charge!
We do NOT provide refunds or exchanges.
If your e-Transfer is still pending, or has not been received, this could be due to a number of reasons:
1.) We have not received your e-Transfer because you have sent the payment to the incorrect email address.
2.) We were unable to accept the e-Transfer, because you have not included the correct question and answer as stated in the payment instructions.
3.) Your bank has flagged the transaction as suspicious, and needs to be contacted for confirmation to proceed with the transfer.
If your order’s payment can not be accepted due to any of the reasons above you will be notified with an email from the accounts team. If no payment is received after 48 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled and can not be re-opened again, a new order must be made.
We do not cancel any pending e-transfers received, even after an order is cancelled. This is to avoid the bank holding the sender’s money for a month after the e-transfer is cancelled. As such all e-transfers must be cancelled on the senders end, so there is no delay in the funds.

We charge a $10 CAD flat rate Canada Post Xpresspost delivery and offer FREE Shipping on orders over $150 CAD!
Although this rarely happens, it is more likely due to human error. Once you notice a discrepancy in delivery destination using Canada Post’s tracking website, please inform us immediately so we can inform Canada Post to ensure that the delivery address is corrected. Expect a slight delay in delivery date/time.
Delivery times vary depending on your location in Canada. All items are sent via Canada Post Xpresspost or Priority Shipping. Normally, your package is expected to arrive in 2 – 3 business days. An additional 1-2 days may be required for rural locations.
Canada Post operates Monday to Friday only, so we do not ship packages out on the weekend. Feel free to make an order and pay as we are still processing orders on the weekends.
In the unlikely event that you do not get your package at least 2 days after the determined date of arrival please contact us and we will coordinate with Canada Post using their Trace Service to recover your order.
Once a trace service is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take up to 5 business days to complete). If they locate your package they will ship it to you and you should receive it within a few business days. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable” we will replace your order up to $500 (one time) free of charge. We do not give postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any issues or delays from Canada Post.
*Please note that all orders over $99 CAD will have an insured, guaranteed delivery and be eligible for a replacement order of up to $500 (one time).
We encounter significantly higher percentage of postal robberies when delivering to Northern Quebec, Northern Ottawa, Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon Territories. We can not offer guaranteed delivery to these zones and you will not be eligible for a replacement if your package is lost or stolen.
All orders over $99 CAD will require a signature and will have an insured, guaranteed delivery and be eligible for a replacement order of up to $500 CAD (one time).
Due to COVID-19, Canada Post is not requesting any signatures as a precautionary measure.
All orders shipped within Canada (except for Northern Quebec, Northern Ottawa, Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon Territories) are guaranteed to arrive. If the tracking number shows it wasn’t delivered, we will re-send it once for free once an inquiry has been completed.
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete address and a valid name. We will not re-ship an order if a complete address and a valid name were not provided.
